Account and data deletion

How to request deletion

• Contact the Rainbow Play & Music administration in person at reception or by the centre phone number shown in the app's About section.
• Provide the parent’s name and the phone number linked to the account so we can verify your identity.
• Requests are processed within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

• The parent's contact details: name and phone number.
• The child profile and account-related booking, attendance and rating history.
• Technical installation identifiers and analytics data linked to the account.

Data that may be retained

Some information may be retained after account deletion when required by law, such as accounting records of payments, or when it has been de-identified and can no longer identify a person. Such data is retained only for the legally required period.
